Leila Karimi, a visionary advocate for creativity and educational innovation, embarked on a transformative journey that led to the inception of EYEQ and the creation of the acclaimed FUNLOGIC series.

Motivated by a passion for transforming educational tools, Leila dedicated herself to advancing her knowledge in educational technology at the International Islamic University of Malaysia, ultimately attaining a doctoral degree. Although she temporarily interrupted her academic endeavors to prioritize her maternal duties, Leila’s steadfast resolve and dedication to her daughter Liana inspired her venture into the realms of publishing and design.

Driven by a fervent commitment to her child’s holistic development, Leila delved into the world of books and design. Her initial success included the creation and successful marketing of a collection of nine books tailored for children aged 5-8, covering subjects such as Mathematics, Logic, English, and Thinking skills. The impressive outcome resulted in the sale of 40,000 copies.

Recognizing the challenges in traditional education systems and the limited awareness regarding the significance of visual intelligence and cognitive abilities in education, Leila identified a gap in resources catering to non-verbal and visual cognitive abilities. Seizing the opportunity, she spent three years crafting the captivating 16-book series, fostering children’s visual cognitive abilities through themes like Pattern Completion, Visual Perception, Reasoning by Analogy, and Spatial Visualization.

FUNLOGIC emerged from Leila’s aspiration to create engaging materials that transcend age and cognitive abilities, fostering development and growth within families worldwide. 

Her journey exemplifies the transformative power of passion and dedication, inspiring others to embrace challenges as opportunities for meaningful change. The platform she created has the potential to touch the hearts and souls of parents, teachers, and children alike.

Continuing her mission, Leila continues to design new products aimed at enhancing children’s cognitive abilities, both verbal and mostly non-verbal. She eagerly anticipates introducing the EYEQ platform globally, illuminating pathways to enriched learning experiences for families, teachers, and children.
